Product Description

Please read the following information carefully before purchasing:

  1. Please ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
  2. Incompatibility case: If your phone case thickness is ≥4mm (0.16 in), or uses an OtterBox case (too thick), it may cause overheating or other anomalies during charging.
  3. For leather cases, as they do not dissipate heat well, it is normal that the surface temperature of the phone during charging is higher than with silicone or transparent cases.
  4. When attaching the wireless charger suction cup to the dashboard, make sure to choose a flat area and press the suction cup tightly before locking it. Wait 30 minutes after installation before placing the phone on it for better adhesion and to prevent falling off.
  5. If the arm clamp occasionally cannot secure the phone, it’s probably due to the phone being placed at an angle. Adjusting the phone’s position should resolve this.
  6. If your phone’s rear camera is against the charger surface and it doesn’t charge or charges intermittently, it indicates that the wireless charger may not be compatible with your phone. Should you require more information, we are available.
  7. If the charging speed is slower than expected when using the wireless charger in a car, it could be due to high in-car temperatures and running map or music apps simultaneously. The charging power will prioritize the phone’s motherboard, with only a small part going to the battery. Once the in-car temperature drops to ≤26℃ (78.8℉), overall charging power will increase, improving the battery charging speed.
  8. Please note, a QC3.0 car charger is needed as the device’s power source (to be purchased separately).

    Update: Improved. Overheat Protection Works

Updated review:The seller contacted me and offered an improved replacement with a 2 year warranty. I wanted this to work last time so I accepted the upgrade. I’ve waited for 3 months to post this until I had tested it completely. I’ve taken it on 3 long all day road trips and use it for work 4 days a week making deliveries and doing estimates in my construction related business. It has worked great! I initially had an overheating problem and the charger would not shut down on the old version. In this new version it did. This was great news! It worked as advertised. My phone didn’t need to shut down when it got hot. The charger did. I turned on A/C and opened windows and within 5 minutes it was up and charging again. The think the aluminum clamping arms dissipated the heat fast.It occurred while running Google Maps for more than an hour on warm 80 – 90 degree days here in Oregon because I don’t turn on my A/C until it hit’s 90’s. I initially thought my DC adaptor was too strong but tried a lower wattage unit and the over heating problem and shutting down persisted. I then ran Maps in the Dark Mode and the problem went away. I surmised my Google Pixel 6A Pro was draining the battery too fast and required constant charging to keep up, which overheated it. An update to Maps has also helped reduce the power consumption although dark mode is really the solution. I can charge off and on for 5-6 hours with maps running and I still have around 75-85% battery left by the end of the day.I’m glad I gave them another chance because this mount has higher quality made arms and motor gears than other brands I’ve tried. The new customer service representative emailed and responded to me multiple times after receiving the replacement to check on it’s status. I would and have recommended this charger.Old review:Stopped working 11 days out of warranty and there is no way to reach the seller. Beware of products with a short warranty period. I wanted to love this product because it was made with aluminum arms and had a stronger mount. I have tried 4 other brands and they all broke within 6 months. This cost more but just lasted 3 months.Pros: the arms opened far enough to grab my Pixel 6 pro and charged through an Otter box defender case. Made with aluminum arms and had a stronger mount.Cons: The issues it had were in the charging elements. It was supposed to have an over heat shut off sensor that never worked. Before I bought it I messaged the seller and they assured me it would shut off when hot. It caused my phone to over heat and luckily my phone would shut itself off. I hope it didn’t damage the battery. I read the manufactures description and it said:”When your phone is fully charged, the wireless car phone charger will automatically power off and protect the battery of your phone” It never did. That’s what happened the day it finally stopped working. I was running Google maps for about an hour on a road trip. When my phone notified me that it was too hot and shutting down I tried to remove my phone so it could cool off but the charger arms would not open and it never worked since. There doesn’t seem to be any way to reset it ether. In the detailed description of the holder where they suggest what to do if it’s not charging your phone, it says “Preventing your phone from overheating: We suggest you close Apps to reduce power consumption and turn off phone screen during wireless charging.” My question is how do you use a map if you’re supposed to close all aps and turn off the screen? My other holders worked fine with Google maps running. The arms just broke and stopped opening because of the wide phone.I’m hoping the seller will see this post and contact me. I really liked it and would like a replacement. Because I’m thinking that maybe I just got a faulty one.

    Exactly what my truck needed.

What a fantastic little charger. Very simple design that holds your phone securely, even when off roading. It’s small enough not to get in the way and it uses a standard 17mm ball head so you could always get a shorter arm on and just use the charger part which is what I did. If you have a USB plug capable of providing enough power the fast charging works well. It’s been bumped and offroaded and it’s holding up well after a few months.

Great wireless charging phone mount, works wonderfully!

This phone holder works wonderfully in my 1990 Mazda Miata. The mount sticks to my windshield solidly and enabled me to position my phone so that it’s within easy reach with my left hand, without moving my hand far from the steering wheel at all. When I get in the car, the cradle arms move to secure my phone automatically as soon as I turn the key on, and when I leave, a simple press of the two buttons on the back easily releases my phone.I was able to route a short USB cable from the cigarette lighter just to the right of the steering wheel over to the phone mount, so there’s almost no excess cable.I send Spotify from my phone to an aftermarket Kenwood car receiver, and use my phone for GPS naviigation, and the mount keeps my phone charged, even during the longest drives. All in all, I’m very happy with this phone mount, and would recommend it.

Well made. Would likely be $100 at a cell phone store.

First things first, make sure your phone case allows wireless charging. A thin case or one with the magnet on the back will suffice. This next thing is something that surprised me, because I guess I didn’t read the description all that well. It has clamps that auto close around the phone as soon as it detects the wireless charging. Impressive, especially being that it’s only $25.However, there is an issue with that feature. You have to click the side button before you shut off your car or else it won’t open. The issue is that it often still sees the phone charging for a split second, so the clamps will quickly close as you’re in the middle of removing the phone. It’s not a big deal, just a little annoying because after you’ve removed the phone you’ll need to click the button again so it will be open next time you get in your car. It could be easily fixed by the manufacturer by adding a 1 to 2 second delay before closing.Another way to remedy that would be have it auto open when it detects the loss of power from the plug. Or, give it a small internal capacitor so it has a last little burst of battery power so you can click it open after you’ve turned your car off.Second issue is that it’s not quite as stable as I’d like it to be, so you do see a little shaking around while driving. Not bad enough to be a problem when reading maps or anything, but slightly annoying.I’ll try turning the mount a few different ways to see if I can find a sweet spot that doesn’t shake as much.Overall, it’s a good product, especially if you don’t want your USB charging port on the phone to wear out, or if it has already stopped functioning like my cousin’s phone did.

    Definite must have Product

A Must have investment product for your car! This wireless car charger/mount was a great find and reasonably priced for what it does. The reviews I read on this were the final pros that made me buy it. It’s compact, sleek, holds its weight along with your phone staying steady and no moving from where it’s placed in vehicle. Is a fast charger, automatic when the cradle opens/closes. Deserves a 5 out 5, hands down.

    Best phone holder EVER!!

Best damn charger ive used yet! My iPhone port has been broken so only way I can charge is with a wireless charger. This thing has amazed me so much that I have to give it a great review. The vent clip is a lil tricky but I haven’t found a vent clip yet that can stay upright with the weight of the phone and not have the vents swivel also. It was in the way of my shifter so it probably work better in diff vehicle. So I used the suction cup on windshield and it has not popped off yet. Then I notice the thing extends , swivels , whatever you need it to do fo your placement perfectly. Bonus feature I had no idea is that it grabs your phone automatically when u set it in the cradle, and a button on side opens it to release. And under some austerity’s magic even when it is unplugged, it will open also. Amazing, and one of the best phone holders I have ever used, and you just cannot beat the price!! This is not a fake review , totally genuine. Thanks

Does not work as described. Not worth it.

So at first a really liked this product. The quality of the material is great and the look it’s very sleek. It was also very easy to install. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I tried i was not able to get the suction cup to stick to my dashboard. It says in the instructions that the dash has to be completely smooth. Personally, I think that is a design flaw. I’ve never seen a dashboard that was completely smooth, it’s always textured in some way. I was able to get the suction cup to stick to my windshield and it’s definitely held very well. Unfortunately, I was not able to use it due to the fact that it’s summer time and the charging mount and my phone get VERY hot. I decided to use the vent clip mount instead (which i didn’t want, the whole reason I bought this mount was for the suction cup) the vent clip mount is not very sturdy. It flops the charger and my phone back and forth when I turn the car and I’m constantly have to readjust it. The charging speed is extremely slow, it doesn’t add any percentage to my phone but it does stop the percentage from going down so I guess that’s a plus but it doesn’t make up for it. I even made sure I had the correct car charging port but my actual charging cord is way faster than the charging mount. Considering i bought this mount for the suction cup and for the charging capabilities and nothing works as directed, I do not think it was worth the 20 dollars.

Great dash/window mount – poor vent mount

Love this. My daughter bought me one supposedly for my Tahoe but I put it in my jeep. Loved it so much I purchased this one for my Tahoe. I use the dash/window mount only. I had to remove the mount from the dash on my jeep to repair something and had to remount to windshield. The mount still stuck with sticky pad and then suctioned to windshield perfectly. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that the vent mount did not work in any of our 3 vehicles. The either would not stay clipped to the vent, it tilted down which made it impossible to see phone’s screen, or it moved the vents down therefore once again tilting the phone towards the floor.

    Works as intended.

It does What it is supposed to do but, anyone expecting a wireless charge will need to look up to see if their phone is compatible with wireless charging and wireless fast charging… I had a Samsung A42 (outdated, I know but, I love the phone) & that phone does not support wireless charging. So I bought an S20 FE and charges but it charges quite slow. It can be something to do with my phones settings (which I’ll look into later)… 2 hour charge at 70% makes no sense.

Reminder that the device itself, needs to be charged.

Literally have barely used it since I bought it in November and the buttons already dont work, it wont close or open……….NVM…….Alrighty then, didnt know you have to charge the device itself to get that to work as mine was dead……….I dont remember reading that anywhere in the manual….Anyways, maybe my phone is too big, but while this does keep it in place, I gotta say, it doesnt feel the securest and often requires adjusting to make sure it fits.
