However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions during shooting, or different product batches. If you have any questions about the product, please contact our customer service team before purchasing.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to choose between a refund or an exchange.
You can easily view and access your sales receipts in the following ways:
1. Online Account Inquiry (Recommended)
Log in to your account
Go to the "My Orders" or "Order History" page
Find your order and click "View Details"
On the order details page, you will see the options to "View Receipt" or "Print Receipt"
2. Email Inquiry
Check the email address you used when registering
Find the order confirmation email we sent (usually with the subject line "Order Confirmation").
This email usually contains complete receipt information or a download link.

We are committed to making the return process as simple and streamlined as possible. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check Return Eligibility
Please ensure your product qualifies for our return policy:
Within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged, with its original packaging and all labels intact.
Please return any gifts or accessories that came with the product.
(Some items, such as clearance items and opened software/liquids, may not be eligible for return. Please see the product page for details.)
Step 2: Initiate the Return Process
Online Self-Service (Fastest Method):
Log in to "My Account".
Go to "Order History" or "Purchase History".
Find the order you wish to return and click "Request a Return" or "Return".
Select your reason for return. A Return Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label will be automatically generated. Please be sure to print this label.
Step 3: Pack the Product
Carefully place the product and all original accessories back into their original packaging. Affix the printed return label to the outside of the box, covering the original shipping label.
Recommendation: To protect your rights, please keep your tracking number/shipping number.
Step 4: Return the Product
Send the package to your chosen courier company (e.g., express delivery or post office).
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Restocking time depends on the type of item and the supplier:
Regular items: We typically restock within 1-3 weeks.
Popular or seasonal items: We prioritize restocking, but the exact timing may be affected by supply chain issues.
Discontinued or Replacement Products: In rare cases, if a product is discontinued, we may not be able to restock it. We'll clearly indicate "Discontinued" on the product page or recommend an upgraded alternative model.
