Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If it is more than 15 days after your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and must be in its original packaging.

Some items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care products

To complete a return, we will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your item to the manufacturer.

Only partial refunds will be given for:

Books that show obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.

Any item that is damaged or missing parts, or is not in its original condition, through no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the money to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.

Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email ganchang188@gmail.com and mail the item to: 1102 Philli Lane, Oklahoma.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will receive your return information.

Return Shipping

To return an item, mail the item to: 1102 Philli Lane, Oklahoma.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchange to arrive.

If you are returning a higher-value item, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
